OL LYONNES RENEWS ITS PARTNERSHIP WITH CRÉDIT AGRICOLE CENTRE-EST

Lyon, May 21, 2025 – Crédit Agricole Centre-est is renewing its commitment to OL LYONNES, an iconic club in women’s football in France and Europe. This strategic partnership has been extended for another three seasons, with the support of SPORTFIVE, a leading sports marketing agency. It reflects a shared ambition: to further strengthen the visibility and appeal of women’s football, and to continue promoting the values of inclusion, transmission, and passion on every pitch.

Crédit Agricole, a partner for all kinds of football

Since 1974, Crédit Agricole has supported football on pitches across France. As a committed player in local and community life, it helps nurture the nation’s most popular sport every day. This long-standing engagement makes Crédit Agricole a reference partner for accessible, inclusive, and forward-looking football.

More than just a game, football is a powerful driver of social cohesion. It brings together generations and communities, and supports personal development from a young age. By supporting all forms of football, Crédit Agricole demonstrates its belief that sport is a true school of life — a powerful vehicle for growth, learning, and personal achievement.

A strong partnership with OL LYONNES since 2019

For the past six years, Crédit Agricole Centre-est has proudly supported OL LYONNES, a historic club and pillar of women’s football in France and Europe. Twelve major trophies in six seasons are a testament to the team’s excellence, but it is above all the values of solidarity, knowledge-sharing, and equal opportunity promoted by the club that resonate with Crédit Agricole’s commitments.

Over the years, this partnership has given rise to numerous initiatives aimed at amateur female players in the region: exclusive training sessions, halftime challenges, special meet-and-greets… so many inspiring moments designed to spark new vocations.

Leila Devanlay, Deputy CEO of Crédit Agricole Centre-Est, adds: “For over 50 years, we have supported the development of amateur football in our regions. The continuation of this partnership with OL Lyonnes further strengthens our commitment to making football more visible, more accessible, and more inclusive. Together, let’s continue writing the history of women’s football.”

This collaboration perfectly reflects our ambition to build meaningful alliances by promoting the values of inclusion, performance, and commitment that define women’s football

Together, let’s continue to write the story of women’s football

Today, OL Féminin becomes OL LYONNES! This rebranding marks an opportunity for Crédit Agricole Centre-est to renew and strengthen its support for the next three seasons. Leila Devanlay, Deputy Managing Director of Crédit Agricole Centre-est, and Michele Kang, President of OL LYONNES, have signed this renewed partnership with a shared goal: to energize women’s football even further, making it more visible and attractive than ever. One key outcome of this commitment is the Crédit Agricole logo appearing on OL LYONNES’ jerseys in the French championship.

Together, let’s make women’s football shine – creating opportunities, inspiring passion, and upholding the values that make sport great.

Vincent Ponsot, CEO of OL LYONNES: “We are delighted to renew and strengthen our partnership with Crédit Agricole Centre-Est, a loyal and passionate ally who shares our values of inclusion, transmission, and performance. This enhanced partnership embodies our shared ambition to make women's football shine on every stage and to create inspiring opportunities for players, fans, and future generations.”
