SPORTFIVE Celebrates an Outstanding Year of Awards and Industry Recognition in 2025
In October, SPORTFIVE was named Agency of the Year at the Leaders Sports Awards for the second consecutive year, reaffirming its position as a world-class sports marketing powerhouse.
The ceremony, held at the iconic Victoria and Albert Museum in London, saw the Hamburg-headquartered agency honoured for its work as a full-service sports marketing agency, strategically, commercially, and creatively connecting brands, rightsholders, media platforms and fans to build impactful partnerships.
This award reflects SPORTFIVE’s outstanding delivery of large-scale, value-driven experiential and hospitality services, both inside and outside stadiums throughout the 2024/2025 cycle.
Earlier in May, at the iWorkinSport Awards, SPORTFIVE was named Most Attractive Sports Marketing Agency, ranked #2 Most Attractive Employer in Sport, and crowned Most Attractive Employer for Women in Sport.
This marks the third consecutive year SPORTFIVE has topped the sports marketing agency category, a testament to its commitment to people, culture, and inclusion, as well as its global reputation among industry professionals.
Now in its fifth edition, the survey gathered insights from sports industry professionals and aspiring talent across 65 nationalities. Participants shared their views on a wide range of organizations spanning 10 distinct categories, including sports agencies, events, leagues, sporting goods companies, and professional teams.
In November, the agency earned further global acclaim by winning the Global Football Business of the Year Award at the inaugural Global Football Industry Awards. SPORTFIVE stood out among leading nominees, including major industry groups and was applauded for its exceptional growth, innovation, and leadership across all levels of the football ecosystem.
Throughout 2025, SPORTFIVE’s football division has supported an extensive portfolio of club and federation partnerships, from clubs such as Borussia Dortmund and Olympique Lyonnais to federations and leagues in the U.S. and Southeast Asia, while facilitating sponsorships and activations with global brands like EA SPORTS, Citi, Xylem and Vodafone. The agency also delivered large-scale commercial, media, and hospitality services, including running the official hospitality programme at UEFA EURO 2024.
In France, SPORTFIVE continued its winning momentum across key industry ceremonies. At the SPORSORA Awards in March, the agency claimed GOLD for EDF “Sponsor de l’année”, a Special Mention JOP for EDF x Paris 2024, and BRONZE with BPCE “Sponsor de l’année”. The success continued in October with GOLD at the Cas d’OR du Marketing du Sport for EDF’s “Meilleur écosystème campagne 360°”.
A standout November delivered an impressive haul with multiple Grand Prix TOPCOM and Grand Prix Sport Business awards, including three GOLD awards for Kleber x OL Lyonnes “Le Match de Wouf”, alongside recognition for CEVA Logistics, EDF x Paris 2024, and Volkswagen with Grand Prix Stratégies GOLD and SILVER distinctions across advertising, partnerships and eSports initiatives.
SPORTFIVE thanks its partners, clients and global teams for contributing to a remarkable year of success. As an award-winning sports marketing agency, the group continues to drive innovation, elevate brands and inspire fans across the world.
