Nowadays, hospitality is a core component of successful customer retention and sustainable networks. Companies use exclusive hospitality offerings to offer customers and partners unique experiences that far exceed the usual business relationships. Boxes in stadiums, in particular, have established themselves as the ideal place for discussions and reinforcing partnerships.
In this Success Story:
The challenge
In an era where companies are constantly looking for new ways to bolster customer relationships and showcase their brand, one question must be asked: is it even worth investing in stadium hospitality? The answer is clear: yes! Hospitality with business seats or boxes doesn’t just promise first-class experiences: it also creates unique opportunities for networking within a relaxed atmosphere. Beyond sport, companies can use their boxes in all kinds of ways, be it for product presentations, meetings or platforms for innovations. The unique pairing of sport and business creates new perspectives that can promote creative ideas and business relationships.
The background
Deloitte and EXPORO have recognised this potential and worked with renowned partners to create the HSV/Future Dock box in the Volksparkstadion – a playing field and network for creative and visionary ideas, people and companies. The box is an outstanding example of a future-looking hospitality concept that’s developed into a central platform for companies, start-ups and companies. Once a fortnight, various different stakeholders from the world of business meet here for inspiring keynotes and interact in a unique, entertaining atmosphere. The HSV/Future Dock box doesn’t just offer guests an outstanding hospitality experience with a wide-ranging network: it also creates an inspiring environment where business and sport come together in a unique way. In turn, the box becomes an integral component of the hospitality approach for Deloitte, EXPORTO and box partners: a place where innovation and dialogue take centre stage.
